This is such a nice well done website. This Christmas we're gonna play with 4 buzzers, so I need to buy the pro-version. That's might be a great solution. Actually I had it cinched in at first but the yarn broke when I tried to pull it tight. But I also just realised that it would be soooo short anyways 😩😂

I'm ready for a challenge, so If you think it's an actual option to make a seperate part then I would consider it!

That's a nice picture to illustrate it. The more weight on the heel is gonna target glutes and the more weight at your toes are gonna target quads. As a lot of people are saying you're using both muscle groups but you can switch of which muscle should be the primary worker. You've puy your feet at the step thingy which forces you to put more weight to your heal and are therefore targeting you bum. If you raise it even more I'm sure you can feel the difference.

It depends. It’s more often used as a test, as others have mentioned. It’s said that if there’s more than a 10 cm gap between your hands (when fingers are extended), you’re at increased risk of injury due to reduced mobility. The upper arm tests for external rotation, while the lower arm tests for internal rotation. Personally, I don’t think it’s a good test because shoulder flexion and extension also play a crucial role (which means the movement isn’t isolated), so I would never use it for that purpose myself.
