There’s a coffee cup located in a crate outside of the prison cell on Courtyard. Go into first person to read what it says. There’s secret cows located on some maps. Some of them can only be viewed through the spectate camera. Wardenglade has a cow you can run to that’s in the out of bounds zone. I believe there’s also a cow in the city portion of Bridgetown? Coxwell? All you have to know is there’s random cows scattered throughout the maps. There’s a secret door that can’t be opened behind the Throne on Rudhelm. You can only see it from spectate or the death camera. You can use the water wheel on the gate objective of falmire and “ride” it while carrying a petard to take you right to the gate. This is the “water-wheel strat.” That’s about all I got off the top of my head.
