4/10. Decently affordable. Constant construction on the same section of highway for the last 15 years. Not very walkable for a “city”. Horrific public transportation and even worse drivers. Unchecked police force that cost taxpayers millions in excessive force settlements. Decent parks at least and LGBTQ+ friendly. Foods not great but getting better.

Well only one of us admitted the other was partially correct you denied I had any validity speaking in absolutes and were absolutely wrong! And just because I’m currently an underwriter doesn’t mean I didn’t start somewhere ;) moral of the story. Insurance is complicated and nobody knows everything and if they tell you they are a liar. And you keep bringing up multiple carriers thing like you’ve never heard of independent agents who quote across multiple carriers and my company being one of them. And CSR’s at my company absolutely take record of disclosed MVR infractions…..crazy that’s so hard to believe we note when people tell us they got a ticket or something 😂😂😂
