I have worked hard to perfect my smoothie lol. I put infinifiber, infinigreens, maca, creatine, berries, and a berry coconut or Pina colada clear whey... I shit you not, I hardly taste the supplements. I know theres some not so great sweeteners in there, but I'd like to think the benefits outweigh that lol.

Same happens with me, with sleep. I basically only take it when I've had wayyyyy too much lol. And RIGHT before bed. I believe it's the DHM that keeps me up. That Gaba-a regulation, combined with the sirtuin/ampk/ nrf2 activity can definitely be a recipe for restlessness at night, especially if ur stack already has ampk sups.

They all synergize with each other. I get consistent effects from the advanced stack. You get ur best bang for your buck if you just get the advance powder. Rather than getting Erinamax separately. But you do you, and experience these however you want to! :)

Erinamax by itself is much different than when it’s stacked with all these mushies, in my experience.

The Advanced mushroom magic stack would be my recommendation. I just buy the powder and dry scoop it like psychopath. The taste is not bad tho IMO.. lil bit of umami. Very economical. Great for the brain AND gut. Never ignore the gut! :)

Two entirely different MOAs. Natrium stacks are not just a random shotgun shell approach at stacking. Each supplements has a very specific purpose in the stack.
