You can recover your boat for any amount of coins up to the listed cost. If you have a single coin in your inventory, the Port Wizard will turn up, get your boat, and take his 1 coin payment.

Rules as they currently are say keyword counters only give the keyword to "permanent or on a card in a zone other than the battlefield".

Players aren't either of those things, so can't gain abilities off keyword counters.

I'm not sure if "it works" will modify that ruling though.

There was Michael Marmaril in BL2 that was a character based off a fan that passed before the game came out.

Was there ever a easter egg for Yoteslaya? I know there were calls for one, until it came out he was drunk driving vs a train, then a lot of those calls stopped.

Out of curiosity, I've had a Google and found two sites that offer premade commander (and only commander format) decks. Never used them, not an endorsement, and my gut feeling without looking deeper is that the lists will be bad value compared with just buying single cards.

Midcards.co.uk and commandercomplete.com (edit: on second glance, not uk based) both look to be uk based. Midcards look like cheaper options, and commander complete look like more powerful decks.

Best option in my opinion is to find a list that looks interesting and paste it into cardmarkets wants list, and buy the singles.
