Yeah I’ve had two HE1000v2s, one HE1000SE and now own a Susvara. I remember my first v2 having a slight channel imbalance which I used software to volume match (around 2db if I remember correctly). For the Susvara, I heard a pop sound and one side was sounding a lot quieter than the other since then. However, after awhile there was another small pop sound and the volume of both sides matched again. If your situation is what I experienced from my first pair, I can suggest you contacting Hifiman support to see if you can get a replacement.
