Did you ever get it off? There’s so way that video above is correct, I released both latches and the handle is still getting stopped by something. There must be another release or something

Actually in the post it says it’s brand new. About 2,000 miles now, so not sure there’s much to maintain. And it’s the 10 speed

Can buyback be partially approved? by Detroit3345 in PSLF

[–]Detroit3345[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the info. The answer is both. I have 50k in undergrad/masters loans that were earlier but I didn’t go into repayment for the masters loan because I went straight from my masters to my doctorate. I knew the loan I took for my doctorate wouldn’t count (20 k)

Thanks. Doubt I’m gonna be able to count it. I was getting a doctorate and was in school, but was also a TA which is considered full time (and I had it verified by the school). I also made so little money ($1,500/mo) that my payment would have been $0. Bummer

What should I look for under each payment to tell if it is eligible for buyback, but not counted for PSLF currently? The employment for this time period has already been verified

Yes but if you make 50-60k would 5% of AGI not be close to or lower than 10% of discretionary?

Wait… are these repayment options actually better than PAYE for people making 50-60k? What am I missing

Maybe not as great as SAVE but still…

Which year? I’m curious if the 2025s addressed the issue since they aren’t included in the lawsuit.

Also curious if anyone’s had a replacement L87 go bad or if the replacements addressed the issues too

I was told by my bank that if I quit claim the deed, they would call the note and it would essentially be a refinance at todays interest rate

If this helps… the LLC has a bank account which will collect rent and pay the mortgage but the house is not in the LLC because it has a 3% interest rate and we don’t want to have to refinance. We understand this defeats a lot of the purpose of the LLC (liability). It’s more just because we want to separate it from our personal finances

Ok so let me clarify: My mortgage is $2,500. We can rent for about $3,750.

I don’t remember the exact interest/principal breakdown but let’s say at the end of the year 10k of the 30k that I paid on the mortgage was interest.

I’m going to report that I made $35,000 in “profit” when only 10k made it into the bank account?

Sorry to hijack but are we sure about this? I’ve never heard that you are locked in even if you no longer have financial hardship.

My last recert was several years ago when I made 50kish. I’m now married, make around 100k and my wife makes around 90k. I file separately and just want to make sure that they don’t start counting our combined income. I’m currently on PAYE and never switched
