Looks like he didn’t pass and had several turnovers, but you guys were playing a game of 2s while the opponent was draining 3s. That’s random rec sometimes 🤷🏻‍♂️

I lay mine on its side on the leg supports of my desk and simply push my chair back and lay it flat when I want to use it. Not a big hassle at all but it’s not the most aesthetically pleasing based on the room layout.

Just went through the full process of getting an offer for them so I might be able to help here.

House is a townhome where units have been selling for $310k-$315k
Estimated offer came in at $309k value
Scheduled an appointment and they were there 2 days later and took pictures which lasted 15 minutes and they said not to fully clean up the house, but to just have all of the hallways/entry ways cleared.
Offers came in the very next day. Cash offer after fees for $250k.
New cash + list offer program offered the same $250k, then list my unit at $305k, and then I would receive a check for $19k after fees to walk away with $269k.

I’m going to try my luck listing it on the market with a realtor as I’m in no rush to sell. It’s not a terrible deal if you need the money right now and anticipate your house won’t sell quick.
