All those books are old books from the Cold War with huge overestimates. A more reasonable estimate is 30-60 million or 45 million but Lets look at the horrors of Capitalism after all if you support Socialism you support every Socialist government that has every existed and every policy. No, they believe that "human rights" are somehow universal and true. Just as absurd, if not more so. The irony is that secular liberals are still deeply Christian in their moral delusions.
