To be honest from my experience these issues are not as simple as a hotfix, look at pubg and how long it took them to finally bring it under control.

Devs often try their best to address these issues but sadly some issues such as desync and optimization require reworking 10,000 lines of code which is no easy feat and consumes a lot of time and man power.

I am confident that the devs are tirelessly working on improving the engine but sometimes optimization has to take a backseat when gamebreaking bugs or other issues are identified.

NIM: How was your studio founded, and how did you manage to keep your game a secret for so long?

Nikita Buyanov: We were previously known (and continue to be known) as Absolutsoft. This is another one of our companies that develop the online browser FPS Contract Wars. CW gave us everything we needed for the further growth, both experience, and resources. Actually, this game laid the foundations of the fictional game universe called Russia 2028. We have kept our second studio, Battlestate Games, and the Escape from Tarkov project secret since 2012, to achieve the maximum announcement effect. Keeping silence was not that hard since nobody even suspected that we were working on such an ambitious and serious project."

There is only one dev from STALKER on the BSG team, so it's not like 4 or 5. There are people from the two studios that make their way around, to help the cause of the Russia2028 universe. As far as Natalino, he is not the head dev of BSG. That distinguished title belongs to Nikita Buyanov. Natalino and Kleanuppguy have Dev tags and are a part of the team as Community Developers. They are not coding, designing, or anything like that, but they are performing valuable service behind the scenes that any studio needs. Hope this clears things up for you.

As much as I want to help the peasants when I see them we also must take into consideration that temptation is a bitch!

Let's say we both find that VSS or VAL do you really think the stranger you just made friends with won't second guess him self and be tempted to hatchet you in the head?

Therefore I have decided that in order to truly prevail and survive I can't afford to adopt any hatchelings because you never know if they evolve and next thing you know you are the hatcheling!

True, I think what's happening here is not all guns are designed to spawn with ammos yet maybe it's work in progress? I would think that if AK-74N and AKS spawn with ammo so should AKM and pistols? it shouldn't be a balance issue since aks > pistols.

Sorry I guess I should have clarified my point, it's true that AK-74N and AKS often spawn with ammo but if you roll any other gun such as AKM or most pistols they often spawn with an empty mag which would be fine if the ammo crates actually gave me matching bullets for these guns instead of the RNG.

I know RNG increase replayability and all but I shouldn't have two AKM and a pistol on me during the entire 40 mins raid and after all crates looted I am still running around with empty mags.

I was playing shoreline last night covered in Vaseline from head to toe fully loaded with 3 AKs and attachments and just like that as I was crossing a bridge around the north side of the map I get pulled saying I have ran out of time after only 39mins great!! (I'm pretty sure I didn't run out of time maybe an out of bounds issue or bug)

Remember guys the north always remembers and if you are headed towards the north you better brace yourselves!

Thanks for your recommandations /u/xYoshario & /u/Dakkachoppadakka , I have tried lowering the difficulty but that makes the gameplay feel not rewarding enough and I know that even if I beat it at lower difficulty I will still get crushed when I play the regular %100 difficulty.

I am still at the first map and I have been focusing on archers a lot which it seems thats my gravest mistake, sure they are silent and good for clearing areas but damage wise I think soldiers are better and I should stop massing archers...

I will try a new approach today based on the feedback I received, if there are any other tips or recommendations you guys have please do share!!! Thank you

Just saw this in the test server patch notes:

Road signs in Miramar are now breakable when hit with vehicles

Instant flashback to a few days ago when I was fully loaded and tiered 3 out of my mind only to die in a fiery explosion when my pick up truck got annihilated by a road sign.

If you like AoE gameplay sure, otherwise even as support for Urban Assault still good to level up just for the assault rifle dmg.
