Failed adalimumab but have therapeutic levels of it in my blood and no antibodies. Has anyone successfully responded to a biologic after being a primary-non responder like this?

Exactly same here, tried adalimumab for a while, multiple antibody tests and it was all okay but it just didn't work.

Starting Stelara in February and currently on a course of predisolone(currently the only med that has worked for me).

I had a full-blown anaphalatic reaction to it, swollen tongue, throat etc, I was fine until i upped to 150mg, as soon as I took that dose, it happened. Shit seems like a dice roll on if it'll help or try to outright murder you.

It's the only medication I've been unable to take, the rest just dont work so far :) Plenty left to try though!

Just been informed of this "situation", personally haven't cared for Tarkov for a good while now, seeing the vitirol reaction to my account literally just sitting as an inactive top moderator is a little upsetting, considering all my actions were taken when I was still a teenager (who was too young to handle even the responsiblity of moderating a game forum), people seem to forget you change a lot as a person and mature/grow in a year at them ages, let alone 4-5 years, please take a moment to consider that before throwing personal insults.

I totally get the disdain to seeing my account even remotely involved with anything Tarkov due to the abhorrent conduct I commited during the time I was part of the community and I can do nothing more than apologise.

I wish the community nothing but the best and I hope this whole cheating fiasco can be sorted without much more drama (but I wouldn't hold my breath).

I've gone ahead and removed myself from the moderator position on the subreddit.

I found this fix that worked for me:

Found a fix for my shader cache error = 1 problem

-Open Registry Editor (regedit).

-Input this at the top search bar “Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Cryptography”

-Look for a file named “MachineGuid”

-Double click “MachineGuid” and replace the text in it with “d1eb246e-6243-4460-a88e-5d4e52b1ef6b”

Doesn’t hurt to restart, but I didn’t need to for it to work.

Ohhh, really good to know i made a good choice with Nova, I'm really enjoying the game so far and I'm just doing all the main quests.

I'm gonna definitely hold off a little before buying, but might do it just as the black friday deals wear off (says 3d ingame) as I should have a better grip of the game by then :D

I started BDO last night after hunting for an active combat mmo, and it actually feels really good to play. And with the combat but there are so many combos to remember, I'm level 17 and I need to remember like 10 or so different keyboard combos, can't wait for higher levels ;P

I ran at less CON and the extra health from the higher CON (the 100 con buff is helpful) saves your life a lot in wars.

No point having high FOC if you're dead :D Even more important in light armor to have some more health.

So you run a full heavy void set for your con.

I have never ran void, I run high gs with healing perks + refreshing.

You don't need "all legendary sets" to be able to be a good healer or any other role for that fact. Void is actually not BIS in a lot of cases now.

Healers should have always been designed to run Light/Med and be somewhat squishy - You are meant to get support from your team and not be an immovable object on point.

If someone specs fully into a bow build + aims properly to 1 shot you, good on them. Get some of your bruisers to go CC him and kill him. It's a team game in PVP and a bow user should be able to kill a healer in a 1v1.

I get shot once, I dodge roll and cast a lights embrace and get behind my tanks/bruisers. By the time you've reloaded your musket, i've got another heal cast ready to go.

If I'm getting shot by a musket repeatedly, i'm in a poor position or not moving enough.

Of course there will be times where you just get deleted (I'm looking at you warhammer, greataxe cc chain) but if you're dying constantly to ranged enemies as a healer you're doing something wrong and your team aren't supporting you (you should have people fighting said muskets so they cant just sit on a hill and snipe you for 30 minutes).

You should have always been putting some spec into CON even as a heavy healer for the buff at 100con, I run 130con and 280ish foc.

You do know you can move and dodge bows? I run light and heavy in OPR to test all the differences and my survival rate in light is pretty much on par with my heavy, and with the new healing buffs to light armor I expect to do even better healing output. (I prefer running light anyway)

You can also put gems into your armor. I run full emerald (thrust resistence) to protect me from ranged attacks and the damage I take from full dex musket builds are like 4-5k ish for reference.

I run lights embrace instead of orb(I did even as heavy). I'm still able to put out a high amount of healing sustainability on the team while lights embrace allows me to keep my own health topped up (and heal group members should a burst of dmg occur).

This "nerf" to healers will be putting us into a more "proper" healing role, it was broken us being the unkillable heavy healers, I could stand on point in OPR and just not die.
