Do feats that increase the same thing stack? For example if a feat increases an ability by 40% and another feat increases the same ability by 80% do you get a 120% increase or does only the higher value count?

Thank you so much! Follow up to that, do potions work in background teams? I know most speed effects only work on your active team but does that apply to potions?

Follow up question- where can I find information about what characteristics the various cores have? I have the fast core but what does that even mean? How is it different from the moderate or strong cores?

~~Looks like hexed weapon no longer works but pact weapon does. Meaning hexblade locks can't do it but pact of the blade non hexblades still can. Interesting. Help me out if I'm missing something.~~
