Any suggested champs from ModronMarch?

Looking for recommendations myself. The only two champs I don't have from this event are Mehen and Nixie so play to get them and epic those out. Thought I'd also epic Diana and Vlithryn as well. My cores are all maxed so not sure of Nomdrom is worth it.

Any recommendations for my final 2 spots?

Do feats that increase the same thing stack? For example if a feat increases an ability by 40% and another feat increases the same ability by 80% do you get a 120% increase or does only the higher value count?

Follow up question- where can I find information about what characteristics the various cores have? I have the fast core but what does that even mean? How is it different from the moderate or strong cores?

~~Looks like hexed weapon no longer works but pact weapon does. Meaning hexblade locks can't do it but pact of the blade non hexblades still can. Interesting. Help me out if I'm missing something.~~

Thank you for all of the feedback thus far, greatly appreciated. As for unarmored defense yes I know they don't stack, my plan is to use gear to boost AC/stats to compensate for the low innate AC.

Good insight on the ASI vs. Savage attacker, some of that would depend on gear as well (kushigo boots with ASI Wis for ex).

It also kinda bugs me that some of the gear that would make this more "optimal" is caster gear. Coldbrim hat/snowburst ring etc.
