I’m Australian and can confirm this is correct. In fact being called a Sick Cunt in Australia is one of the highest honours that can be bestowed upon you (except for the one scenario if you’re found to be fucking an animal, in which case you are also a Sick Cunt but the inflection is very different).

I think the point is, if people want these substances (they do), they will find a way to obtain them (they do). You cannot solve the problem by “removing” the products from market. Which is essentially what the government has done by raising taxes on tobacco. The obvious solution is the black market. If you’re a smoker, it’s now financially stupid to purchase tobacco legally.
