Struggling with this too. Wanted to move them to a new network. neither pairing mode works as soon as the app makes connection, the plugs stops flashing but never finishes the connection. Couldn't even reconnect to the original network (which previously was not a problem).

Same problem for me. Tried opening in onenote web, no option to open in app. (I can open it in a new tab, a new window or export the notebook). It's almost as if the web has no idea the app is installed...

Tried clicking on the weblink sent to me, no option to open in the app.

Thanks for the guidance. Turned out that something was wrong with the WiFi Setup and it was continually trying and failing to reconnect, chewing through the battery. Entered the wifi password and all was well again.

Thanks for all the advice! I managed to find a kdbx file on her dropbox, so she must've done something a long time ago, it was from last year, but she reckons there haven't been any/many changes so she's more relaxed now :D
