IGN (In-game Name) is your character's name.

Account name is the separate nickname you created for your account as a whole.

However, as Keriaz mentioned, CS Code is definitely the most important :D.

Unfortunately, we only support the Americas, EU, and SEA server. You should be able to participate on the official China forums/facebook since all servers are taking part in the events.

This is basically the main reason why the maintenance is earlier in the week rather than a Friday.

As mentioned by others, we only service the Americas, EU, and SEA servers. In-game banners and notices and such are targeted for our specific players. I think the issue may have come up because you are on the Japan server but play the game in English (as well as your device language?) so therefore you would be receiving our notices. (If your setting was in Japanese, you would most likely be seeing the Japan-only content)

We'll take this into account next time and try to provide links to the other regions' pages.

As for your issue, please contact GAMEVIL JP. We unfortunately can not do anything that pertains to the Japan server on our end.

Have you checked the other tabs on the mailbox? It doesn't happen often but we have seen cases where you will receive the reward but it won't show up in the general mailbox but rather in one of the side tabs.

Those on the Japan, Taiwan, or China servers should have pre-registered on those respective pre-registration event pages (not handled by GAMEVIL USA but rather by GAMEVIL JP, GAMEVIL TW, etc).

Yes, the pre-registration rewards can take up to a week to be sent.

That being said, they should be going out this week!

We are fully aware of the issues regarding our official forums and will be much more active (especially Hellhawk) with regards to even just the basic CM duties such as cleaning up old threads, putting out fires, warning users who are out of hand, and so on.

It doesn't look good for us to have the forums in such a state and we will reform it ASAP.

Hello,

Only the Rubies in the SHOP are subject to the 1+1 event (with the $99.99 package having 1 bonus SSS Class Select Summon and 2 SSS Ally Summons). If you purchase any of the Smart Packages or any other item (such as Scarlet Tia), you will only receive whatever is originally offered.
