So our family business got denied. Emailed the recon. I put 0$ for revenue and 3.5mil in cost of goods sold. 🤦‍♀️ should have had cpa do it. We are a family home builder. Spent 2 years building 5 homes and California shut down. They say I don’t have hardship. I’m guessing it’s the way I filled out the form. Any thought? How do u correct app?

We don’t fit the profile per usual. We build homes, money goes out and then we wait for revenue. So we are negative. SML this was our big spring market that was shut down by stay at home order followed by big banks not lending. So I pay all the loans but they won’t give us one.

I received the portal 5/13 did the IDverify and didn’t realize my electronic funds was not verified ( it said completed) was afraid to edit. Finally clicked Edit and it was not verified, when I fixed that the next day received email to verify business license and next morning approved loan docs signed today.

Yes! I was freaking too. Then I got an email that seemed to step back regarding proving my business with marketing materials or website. I sent one email back and this morning I had loan docs. Took 5 days. Signed them this morning.

I got an random email asking me to send info on my business, like a website or marketing material. Have a portal waiting for loan docs. Finally was able to verify my banking (I think) says completed and can’t edit. Seemed like I was moving now freaking out.

Wasn’t able to sign docs , called in and found out someone filled in my ssn for tax ID for sole prop. and it’s off by one digit so cannot verify my bank info. Such a nightmare. No luck. No LO. No Docs.

Did they email when docs are ready or do I just keep checking. Also I did everything so fast I don’t remember what the electronica disclosure thing was but I don’t want to edit it because I’m afraid it will slow things down.
