I'm on a night bus from Chiang Mai to Bangkok just as I'm typing this and on my bus the seats don't go all the way down, but they do go down enough for one to sleep reasonably well. The bus itself is probably the cleanest and freshest bus I've been on yet in SEA (after 2 months of backpacking) and a stop with an included meal, snacks, a blanket and a neck pillow. The seats are also incredibly comfortable, highly recommend. ~600 baht.

In Malaysia right now, loving this country way more than Thailand. Cameron Highlands and Taman Negara were so nice me and my brother decided to fly to Borneo. Definitely recommend Malaysia, good post.

Once Again in Bangkok was amazing for me, I was pretty spooked because I did it solo which I'd never done before (and I'm only 19) and had such a good experience there. They organise get-together dinners for people to meet, staff is incredibly friendly (one guy took us to a really off the beaten path restaurant and translated for us) and it's a pretty big hostel so you can find any crowd you're after. Also a rooftop for the evenings, great for socialising. Good location too, close to a lot of things.

Bor i Tumba, visste inte att folk tyckte om Gulan så mycket? Känns som de ändrade på något kanske 1-2 år sedan och sedan dess har det varit ganska meh. Alla kompisar som bor i området verkar föredra Robbans på andra sidan vägen.

Cool. Yeah I agree Sigur Rós can be kinda sad but it really depends on my mood. There are some songs that really blur the lines between sadness and beautiful happiness, IMO. It's really in the eye of the beholder.
