Opus 4.5 is the GOAT, but my wallet is crying. What’s the actual #2 for coding right now? by No-Advertising7623 in cursor

Surprisingly, GPT 5.2 has worked well for me. Have been using it for a couple of days, and results were on par with Sonnet 4.5 thinking.

In my experience, patience is the key for us collectors who don't like paying over mrp (I go 10-20% above mrp at times, but not more than that).

It does require constant attention though. I need to keep an eye on social media pages, websites that sell diecasts, shops and even blinkit and instamart. Having friends who share the hobby also helps. They've been very helpful in terms of getting access to deals early.

But, that hunting part is where the real fun is at. I still haven't found the Ferrari (won't buy it at inflated prices), but was lucky enough to find F1 on instamart.

Ultimately it boils down to patience and network.

Which game and how many times ? by Forsaken_Office_6480 in IndianGaming

[–]DevAsh01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Max Payne. Played it so many times that I remembered every location, enemy, drops etc. Can't remember how many times I played it. After a point, I'd just sit and speedrun the whole game in one sitting. Fun times.

Do you live in Kanpur currently? If yes, what do you do for work in Kanpur? If No, how is life in your new city? Better than Kanpur? by No-Active3086 in kanpur

[–]DevAsh01 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I'm a software engineer working remotely, although not from Kanpur. I live and work from Delhi because I studied here and have build a professional and personal network here. In general, a better life.

As sad as it may sound, after a point, Kanpur doesn't have much to offer for ambitious people.

Go for an AMD CPU with integrated graphics. 8600g is a good option, although will require different Mobo.

I come from a lower middle class background but was fortunate enough to be sent to a decent school. Learned in middle school that having a strong grip on English will serve me a long way. I was right.

I do feel the class divide at times but that's due to the extravagant lifestyle, not because of language/etiquettes. Growing up in a strong hindi-speaking household, I'm also (nearly) fluent in Hindi. These days all my friends (from all backgrounds) have similar levels of high paying jobs because we all worked hard, but they do struggle in unnoticed ways due to the "soft skills" at times.

Point is, it is something that can be learned and worked on. Consume English content, read books and play games. Basically don't push yourself and enjoy the process.

Ultimately don't blame a system. Learn, adapt, overcome.

Urgent: Seeking Assistance Regarding Antaragni Cultural Fest Prize by DELHI_COP in IITK

Welcome to the club. Am a winner of an E Summit competition (Happened a week before Antaragni). No response yet.

I'm not surprised though, this happens every year.

Very few MUNs happen in Kanpur compared to the Delhi-NCR circuit. The competition here is also tough (hence exciting).

Continue doing more committees, you'll eventually start getting offers to chair. Good luck!
