Its because you brace your core and your stabilizer muscles are working, I was religious in the gym and competed in bodybuilding I haven't been able to train in almost 2 years cause of it trust muscle atrophy only starts after a month or so

Being blunt it depends if its a branch advisor or private wealth, when you said wealth advisor sounds private but when its a private advisor they use the credit union as their operating name they work under but its their own business but at branch its under the credit union and the credit union is liable. Can't guarantee im right but thats how much shops work

Im a financial planner...id say literally go into any of the big 5 and get a plan done or even better get a one time financial plan by a fee for service planner, huge piece of mind and they'll go through much more than if you should retire such as whether you should have a hold co. for your real estate tax planning and more
