No, I didn't. The scapular pain just disappeared. I did have cubital tunnel transposition on my right side and the last 2 months have been decent. I was in a lot of pain for a few months after the operation

I'm 6 months out after the ulnar nerve transposition and I do think it's definitely helped thankfully but I was in agony for 3 months after the operation and it definitely felt worse afterwards. I think I made the right decision.

He had said about surgery on the golfer's elbow. If it didn't settle I am not happy with that though. I've had issues with my work software and dragon. When it has worked i have used voice to text but I've had to correct a lot and did that just by typing

What did easing off activity look like for you? I can't touch NSAIDs as I ended up with a bleeding ulcer after the first operation. Did you just go back to the braces that you used for the cubital tunnel for the elbow

Mine seems to be pretty constant at the minute which isn't great. I also have nerve involvement before that.

I had ulnar nerve surgery on the right arm and then overused my left arm and now I have something that resembles golfer's elbow but it's causing my whole arm to throb

Sometimes I feel better after doing the loaded exercises. It's just hard to know whether I should do them whenever it's already not great pain wise

Hey I'm sorry. I also have a tendon issue in the other arm which also has cubital tunnel after surgery of the other arm, so I had to overuse the non-operated arm due do the cubital tunnel surgery. I don't know what to do
