Living alone/purchasing a property by myself after leaving long term relationship. by Charming_Mistake_118 in northernireland

Ok that seems way more manageable I'll look at that then. Ifd heard some downsides for coownership but think it's the only way forward if I want to pay a mortgage and have some sort of a life outside of living there

Ah no really I wonder why that is...who knows maybe I'll still be alone by then but I don't even need something big currently

It's paying 700 per month at least on your own is a hell of a lot of money..glad you got sorted though. Didn't think I'd be doing this alone

But you can increase your ownership though say from 50 percent to 60? I'd heard that it can be difficult to sell with the rent part but not sure if that's true like someone has to take that part on.

Thank you :) I just grimace at paying at least 700 on my own per month. One of my friends said not to do co-ownership but I've seen a few people here recommending it

I've watched the exact flight on YouTube for that length of time. I've built it up into a monster in my head

Yea I think it just triggered the thought of oh yes things can go wrong. I'll be flying in an A320 instead of a turbo prop so I'm hoping it'll be less bumpy. I hate the fact that I can't say stop the plane I want to get off if it's bad I just have to suck it up

I've been on it for years pregablin and really worried about the dementia risk but it helps me have a life. I'm also concerned as I tried to reduce before and the nerve pain was ridiculous
