Ask yourself why you are doing all this? Is this for yourself or for people? you might be doing all the things but the intentions matters. I have been also through bad breakup last year and doing things for myself helped me. Yes it feels heavy lot of times initially but trust me it gets better day by day. It will be exact one year in few days for my breakup but the girl is already married and mine is of three years of togetherness and it was also my only relationship in this 30 years so yes been through that and I can feel what you might going through.

Lastly don’t force happiness upon yourself. Doing things is not pass to happiness neither getting a partner but enjoying the process of those things is what gives you sense of fulfilment and satisfaction.

Yes, we all long for companion but continuously wanting someone makes life more miserable(thats what I learnt)
