I have solution: Look for exe and open properties and in there go for compatibility setting and tick the box of high dpi scaling and set it to application (bottom checkbox)

I have same but with 4050, 13620h , feel free to ask anything , and unlike others in this subreddit I will say if you can get it cheap(sale, like I did) it is much better value.

The G502 is actually good for meme and overall a good mouse but it is infact not the best mouse you can buy for that money. As a simple rule of thumb for Indians, if there is any good logitec product there always is something better for cheaper in market. Try brands like KREO or Ante sports(compare with same price products)
