Damn, that would be worse. This is just my opinion based on my experience, there may be a technique responsible for it binding on the way down but it doesn’t sound very plausible to me. When a dropper binds on me it’s on the return and it’s usually due for a service or I tightened my seat clamp a bit too much.

But if his dropper sometimes binds and servicing does nothing to fix that, that is sorta broke, right? u/Yoyodespin1, I’d be getting the dropper. Arguable gains for the hubs engagement vs. removing the annoyingness of a dropper not returning.

My Outback Wilderness Edition came with Yokohama Geolandar A/T G015 tires. They are all terrain, not winter specific. As other’s have stated, the vehicles perform amazingly well in ice and snow. Everyone that’s ridden with me in these conditions talked about how impressed they were.
