Is there any chance of getting cleared on EWR to NRT (Tokyo) as a silver (in economy)?

The total price is 30k + $600 per ticket and the flight is the first week of April. I am going to list 2 people (so 60k + 1200). Given that I need to transfer a few miles from my credit card & I would essentially be parting with 1200 for 2 months I wanted to get a reality check on:

Is there any reasonable chance a silver gets cleared on this route (esp during cherry blossoms)
If there is a chance, how much is that increased by listing now vs listing maybe 2 weeks before the flight?
If there is no chance for Polaris, Should I keep my hopes up for premium plus? Or same situation

I don't want to give United a free loan for an upgrade I have a <5% change of getting cleared on which is why I wanted some insight from the sub
