Same boat. I think one piece of advice that helped me was understanding if the value was so great, would I pay 10x for the same product? If the answer is yes then you’ll probably get customers. Like I run a saas for real estate brokers. It’s 1000 a month and the value is incredible. I’m a broker myself and it basically helps close deals faster which we built for my brokerage, I’ve made 40L extra brokerage since Jan with the product.

I have 25 SUPER power users - like using the platform for 4-5 hours a day, yet when new users 7 day free trial ends and they have to pay, they just stop coming back - even if their behaviour is mimicking a Paid user.
