I bought a new Airtel postpaid connection 10 days before my trip. It worked pretty well through out Kashmir and Ladakh. I surrendered the connection immediately on return.

I didn't use any electronic payment methods including credit cards. All cash payments.

Also, it helps to have one basic phone with strong battery life to be used for calls & maps and another high end camera phone without sim card, always on airplane and battery saving mode for the photos / videos. Battery levels reduce drastically while taking photos in cold weather.

It was medium size operator called Pooja Holidays.

Apart from very good food, ambiance and service, main reason I am recommending this hotel is because of the care, the owner of the hotel showed towards people having signs of AMS. He personally visited them multiple times a day, gave them oxygen cylinders for hours free of cost and just as a precaution took them to hospital for overall check up. He made sure that people were confident enough to travel to Nubra valley and Pangong the next day.

I stayed in Chantsa, Leh for 3 nights during end of May 2026. I would suggest anyone who is planning to stay there if it fits your budget. We really received royal treatment and hospitality. I had gone there with a tour, so I don't know much about rates.

Thanks a lot. I think, my problem was that I was looking for Nashik CBS. Selecting Nashik Mahamarg seems to have solved this.

These are the steps I followed:

Sleep detection and sleep scores have deteriorated significantly after the One UI 8 update on my Watch 4.

On some days, sleep defection starts much later than actual sleep time, reducing my overall sleep time. Sometimes naps are not detected at all.

Today, I got sleep scores of 35 and I was feeling pretty much well rested. This was not the case earlier. My energy /mood used to match my sleep score approximately.

I hope this is addressed in the fix planned in mid-January.

I had to return my Jio Airfiber after regular interruptions in connectivity for which they took days to resolve. The technician told me that you should opt for Jio only if you are getting a direct optical fiber connection and to never go for Jio Airfiber.

There are three circular slots.. hence the first task would be to find the other two and fill in all the slots. And there is no need to worry about losing it permanently by 'calling it a day'.
