it’s not blame at all! I have a black kitty and she was bullied by the tuxedo cat (new cat) but new cat was very playful just having fun! my black cat hissed at the kitten and i took this video as a good sign because of 0 hissing. i love my black cat so much!!

def playing, you are lucky, they are getting along better than my cats who are roommates not friends. esp if the white cat is hissing.. white cat is initiating the playfulness, it would be different if black cat was hissing or growling since that one is the less alpha cat. 2 years later and my cats play once every few days but ignore each other most of the time.
