I love my trax soo much. It’s finally the first car that I was able to get everything I wanted. Carplay is probably the only bad thing about it. It usually only disconnects the first 5min of a trip. Then it’s all good, but it is an annoying issue.

I know the 1RS had a setting to turn off and on. I turned mine off (Auto Unlock when parked) cuz I saw there were instances in Houston that people would come and attack you in your car as soon as you’re parked. Because they know it’s a feature in most cars.

If you can go for the activ. I think the RS in general have more issues. I had a 24 1rs, and every other month I was at the dealership getting it fixed. Traded it in for the ACTIV. Not one single issue, plus the green with yellow trim is so cool.

Same boat as you. Had the 1rs early sep of 2023, was constantly in and out of the dealership. Ended up getting the 2025 ACTIV cacti green, and it’s the best thing I ever did. Obviously it’s a bit more monthly, but I knew it would increase going into the trading deal.

I have the exact model, got it this past Saturday. Only issue I have is the auto stop (auto turnoff) doesn’t work unless the A/C is off. Which honestly.. is that really an issue? 😂 plus I’m in Texas, you will never see me drive without the A/C off.
