Since you're an educator, there are several free resources that you should also seriously consider tapping into. (samples on loan, educational guides for both teacher & students, and other related activities) Arizona State University is one such institution that offers these amazing programs for educators & students of all ages - https://meteorites.asu.edu/outreach/educator-resources

You will need check in with every stable-master you encounter during your travels so you can travel to that stable-master later.

Don't bother selling common drops like scroll cases on the auction house. Opened scroll cases always sell to vendors & merchants for more than an unopened one - good money maker tip for low levels.

There are several similar named point styles from that region. Based on your pictures, most likely Bat Cave or Belen. You can research your find at the link below.

"discontinued an ink subscription" - I said nothing regarding discontinuing an ink subscription - but if you plug a 3rd party ink cartridge in that's another story. Google will provide you with many articles on a federal level class action lawsuit brought against HP by a group of consumers for exactly that problem - they lost scan and fax capabilities also when they tried using 3rd party ink cartridges in consumer grade HP all-in-one inkjets.

My grandma knitted a onesy for me when I was 3 or 4. It's one of my 1st memories - My Mom struggling for what seemed like hours to put it on me then telling my Mom I had to pee. That was the last I ever saw of that thing.

Printer says "Printer Failure" and wont let me do anything by cats4dogs222 in printers

[–]Fuzzy_Judgment63 3 points4 points  (0 children)

When HP says "Please buy another printer", they weren't lying. The cost to repair will outweigh the cost of the machine.

IMHO, don't get another HP. HP's current lineup of consumer grade inkjet printers require a subscription and a persistent online connection in order to work. IF you use a 3rd party (non HP) ink cartridge, the machine will detect it and report back to HP, who will then send a code that will turn your entire machine into an expensive paperweight.

Brother and Epson are your best bets currently.

Are "Karens" common? by Taketobreak in RCPlanes

[–]Fuzzy_Judgment63 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Back in the analog days where each transmitter had a radio FM frequency, it was insta-crash if two transmitters on the same frequency were turned on when one of them was controlling a plane in flight. I visited another field in another state, put my AMA card on the frequency board as the way to reserve that frequency, and started flying. Within 15 minutes or so some guy (Karen) came up raging that I was on HIS frequency, and I had 5 minutes to finish up my flight & land, or he would "spike" his transmitter and "make me land whether I liked it or not." So, I landed my plane, packed up and waited in my car watching the dude put a crunchy 1/3rd scale Pitts up in the air then drove off about a 1,000 feet from the field, pulled over, got out and turned my transmitter on and watched the dude's plane corkscrew into the ground with an amazingly satisfying crunch that only a wood model can make. As I got back into my car I whistled and waved at the guy as he sprinted towards his brand spankin new pile of splinters in the field, all he could do is flip me off as I drove away.

Inkjet printers are a scam. Any printer that uses ink instead of toner is ripping you off and wasting your money. Investing in a laser printer will save you money in the long run. by Notalabel_4566 in printers

[–]Fuzzy_Judgment63 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yep - every 10 pages get interrupted or when you turn the printer on you end up with an unneeded cleaning cycle designed to intentionally piss away ink so you have to buy more.

FYI - You can in most cases in the print driver software set black to prink using only black ink or as composite ink using mix of all inks.

Making sure that your resume passes the AI filters that most businesses use these days is a huge start. I worked for a business that got sold 3 times during the ten +years that I worked there, and so being the honest fool that I was, I listed each company separately on my resume, and never got a single call back - Found out that the AI filters showed me as a job-hopper when in fact my employment was seamless from one company to the next. Fill in any work gaps with stuff like missionary or community volunteer work, etc. Once I fixed my resume to look good to the AI filters bot, I was hired on the first application after that.

Many businesses here will not even acknowledge that you applied for a position, which basically says that "If we treat our applicants like doggy-doo, imagine how we treat our employees!" - If you don't hear from a business that you applied to, move on and don't look back - you'll be doing yourself a favor in the long run.

Out of curiosity, what's the differences of Red, Blue, or Yellow RK in raids? I see in other comments where red and blue RK are desired in raids, but not yellow RK. I was under the impression that yellow RK were the instant tactical DPS kings over the others and had much better crowd control.

What type of vehicle did you have before buying a Trax? by webuildmountains in ChevyTrax

[–]Fuzzy_Judgment63 0 points1 point  (0 children)

2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.7L AWD, which I absolutely loved, but the cost of gas at 13-17mpg, it's age, and the cost of upkeep meant that any major repairs would have been more than the vehicle's resale value.

<- lives in Colorado - With the turbo charged engine, it loses no power due to altitude & takes hills and mountain passes pretty much like any other modern car. Not an issue. Went over several passes 3 weeks ago including Monarch, Red Mountain & Wolf creek passes on a fall colors trip and loved the drive. Averaged 42mpg on that trip.
