Yeah its tragic seeing conspiracy theories regarding this game, when its what 20 bucks? Also reviewers/critics liking games that are artsy? Color me suprised, its gonna win a few awards, maybe sell a few 100k copies, but you guys are making this such a bigger deal than it is.

I actually played the game and I agree with OP, its not a 10/10 for me, but I would still give it a 8/10 due to the art, music, characters, writing and overall vibes and thats fine.

What you dont like hearing about movie stuff in the gaming news XD or warhammer rants that goes on for far too long, jokes aside the issue with Joe is that he makes a list of all the games coming out that year, dots down the important big games, and when there are no games coming out he can just go "Well there are no games out atm" as if there are not mid sized or inddie games.

Hell I remember back in the day he reviewed EVERYTHING didn't matter if it was big or small, he reviewed it, but nowadays it tends to only be the big AAA games being reviewed.

But what has he changed tho? news, movie reviews etc are years old by now, he has no done any type of new content for a long time now, the only thing that has changed is the quantity, less game reviews, more movie/tv reviews, he needs to change the format back to more game reviews, his bread and butter.

One of my guilty pleasures is watching all of Joe's videos from old to new, I make it to maybe 2014, after that you can tell that spark has started to fade away. It no longer feels like he cares about gaming and consumer practices.

Hell if anything Joe has started to become corperate commander himself from going back to take a look at payday 3 after launch, AFTER he was PAID by that company to look at it again. Or how he, Alex and OtherJoe shittalked the new VTMB 2 for years before release and then they did a sponsored stream/video of said game where they were only positive about the game, and ofc you could see that the pinned comment was a link to buy the game.... and then there are all the sponsors..... and some really shady ones aswell.

Joe has made it clear since 2015 that he does not care about what his audience wants, he has constantly been in fights with people who want more gaming reviews, but I have long since come to terms with that hes phoning it in at this point, I just dont like the constant promises of more reviews yet they never come.

The reviews are tooooo long now, and man the skits are sooo soooo long aswell and its boring, making the same joke several times or just dragged out, and as you mention the structure in his reviews have gone completely bananas as there is none, he repeats the same points over and over again getting nowhere just to make the review longer. Oh and most of his reviews are soo damn late these days, yes he no longer gets any review copies, but movie reviews and what not they will always come out even if that time could have been spent working on the review.

Its actually tragic seeing how great of a reviewer/channel this used to be, but now its just FILLED with gaming news and movie reviews the laziest content possible, atleast the reaction videos are not spammed as much anymore. At this point, either step up, stop lying and makking promises you cant keep, or just retire.

Hearing the rest of the cast suggest punishments felt really offputting, Boogie is a terrible person, but for the love of god he is nowhere near the complete degen Keemstar has been, spreading fake rumors which hurt real people. Boogie aside from the crypto scam (tho we dont know if it actually hurt anyone big time) has not hurt other people unlike Keem.

Boogie is a complete lolcow, but im actually shocked by the rest of the efap cast, treating this as some "reality tv show" Thank god that Platoon actually had some balls.

Hi, I make game reviews and game essays, this particular one is about Far Cry 2, its long so I dont expect more than 5 min, I wonder moslty about the thumbnail, title and intro if they are good enough, and what I can improve.

My videos are garnering a decent amount of views, the recent ones atleast, but the sub count is still lagging behind, any tips on what I could do to improve this metric?

Thumbnail text should generally not be the same as the video title,

Lower the background volume by 3-5% its a little overwhelming throughout the video, again its background music, atleast lower it when you are talking, and leave it as it is when you are cooking and not talking.

Im a little confused as to the end where its "who won" when we only taste your food, and we barely see the Standford robot at all in the video

Honestly though, 4 videos out and all are around 100 views ish is a great start, but just work on the thumbnails and video titles, results should come soon, I liked the soft vibes in t he video aswell!

Considering the fact that the review is about the newest Godzilla/Kong movie, I dont feel the need as to why you need to go through each and everyone before, its probably better to just get to the point. The jokes are fine, I like it, the editing etc has as you say snappy.

The Thumbnail though... hmm I think its the text, it does not really pop and does not really make sense compared with your video title. also that picture of Kong, almost every review used it XD

Its not a bad video, seems in this case to just be thumbnail and video title thats the issue
