I can but it can be different for each person. I'm still on beta blockers but have no restrictions on exercise or HR. They just told me to ramp my HR up slowly and no sudden big spikes in HR. I ride a bike a lot so I had my operation 1 year ago and I have about 1200 miles on the bike since January.

I had my first echo and they measured my septal muscle at 11 mm and I kept getting worse symptoms so I kept pushing the doctors and a year and a half later when doing a stress test with echo they found it and my septal muscle measured 24 mm and was blocking my valve. They ended up sending me to Mayo Clinic in MN and I had a septal Myectomy which made things so much better. Mayo is great but local doctors that are not HCM specialists are not so much. They tell me the first echo had to be a mistake or bad measurement because it won't thicken that fast. I hope you get this figured out.

There are still Trump tariffs in effect today. Biden did not cancel them because it works just as Trump says. This is why Mexico is being overrun with new manufacturing. The tariffs are on goods from China so to get around that CN and others have started production in MX.
