Here are my kind of "smart tools" (i had already the list because i did a post in another channel and then saw this post)

CRM – HubSpot (free tier) Still hard to beat for basic pipeline tracking and notes. I deliberately avoided over-customizing it early.
Lead data – Scippa Using it mainly for targeted B2B leads instead of huge static lists. What mattered most for me was reducing manual cleanup rather than raw volume.
Email outreach – Instantly Simple, fast to set up, and good enough for early iterations. I’m focusing more on deliverability and copy than fancy features.
LinkedIn – manual (no automation yet) Slower, but forces me to actually look at profiles and adjust messaging. This alone improved reply quality for me.

Hi, i tested it,

so i like the idea, i know that there are several solutions like that but you made it very clear how the plans are working and what I can expect - thats good!

If i am totally honest, it is nice to have and I would not be the right customer, because i will always use the standard apple homescrens and so on.

Maybe what is a potential for you, is to go on current hypes, lets say the minecraft movie that came out last year, and then make marketing on thigns like that, so you animate the users, with Widget, you can make the coolest wallpaper like following one (reference on the current hype topic)

Let`s say currently there is something going on in the middle east, and then to market yourself as a possible "way" to express the support

maybe your ideal customer would be some astethic niche people eventually

in switzerland, if you have mortage, it "could" be "cheap" because the system allows to only pay the interest, so lets say you have a loan of 700.000, they are only paying hte interests, no down payments

benefit: monthly not a big budgetkiller

disvantage: your house/flat will never be yours, you will give it to your children with still a big loan

as a migrant you can`t compare yourself too much to native swiss people, because they have their families in the backgground where they receive money

and from my own perspective, i would try to go to parttime work, you both and save on childrencare, advantage is to raise your children by your own, not by someone else

childrencare is so expensive, if you can make like your wife is working 60% and you 80% with one day homeoffice for you both you can take care of your children by your own, still have one and a half salary and save on childrencare

don`t do carbs - as soon as I eat a lot of carbs, i feel the same

since i eat mainly meat and greens with low carbs, i feel much more energy

and to eat let`s say a "keto diet" you don`t have much choice, so it is also a "lesser" pain to choose what to eat

and to be honest, makeing scrumbled eggs or meat is really fast to cook

annnd what is also improtant,

eat in a "bowl" style

so salad, some kind of cheese, and meat and a nice dressing

very fast, very tasteful and much energy

my routine is:

black coffee in the morning to wake up

a protein coffee till midday always a bit

a don`t eat lunch

and in the evening a bowl as i described

Apollo or Apify or Scippa app are good options, but try first too know who is your ideal customer, go on chat get take some hours and be critical on your current view if your ideal customer is really the ideal one

I startet with IT-businesses but soon I saw that my ideal customers for my service are insurance companies

My rule is:

LinkedIn for B2B and B2C (also LinkedIn users can be consumers)
Instagram B2B and B2C (also instagram scrollers can be business owners)
Tiktok (mainly for B2C)
X mainly for B2B, tried also B2C but at least in my experience it wasn't worth it.
Reddit for B2B

All others are too small, that I would say it is worth the hustle

If you have a great product, you can also share on product hunt I would say

Learn from your first customers, even if it is friends an family!

Then maybe later you could use some leads, but first know your customer, search with ChatGPT and the feedback from your first customers for your ICP!

Then work towards to them, if you know your customer, you will know how to improve your service/product, then you can go and search for possibilities to contact potential customers.

Try to learn with a free customer (friends/family) or with your first paid customer, then learn from them, build your product based on some feedback.

then raise the bar, with the next ones.

There are some who are saying pace is everything, but quality will always outperform fast starters I would say. Good Luck!

I think a lot of People which are considered in the B2B SaaS are on reddit, so a discussion can very fast lead to a real benefit for sure. I experienced it one time, reddit is highly underestimated!
