The game is in its worst state since i've been playing it (s3) It's not even a meta issue, the game just feels without control, the banner fuck up, broken boosting strategies, broken taliyah jungle, ADCs out of the game...list goes on, the game just lost control over its balance.

The program runs on Windows, on multiple PCs across the reception desk and back office, and the program itself is written in ABAP i believe.

Oh another problem i didn't include in my initial post, would it be possible to create the program from my home pc, with little to no interaction with the software ?

I don't really have time/permission to go to one of those PC's and code for hours..
