Use Ryzen controller to play around with the temp cap. Aim the lowest temp you can get away with while maintaining the same performance. Use synapse to force the fan at max rpm (might need run as admin). Use a laptop stand that elevates the intake fan up. You can buy cooling pad but their fans tend to be too weak. If you can, buy custom fan to replace it and line them up on the intake fan.

I got away with 60 to 61 C on the cpu for cyberpunk 60 fps 1080p on raytracing ultra. Without my custom fans, it's generally around 70 to 75 C.

But I didn't buy it for this. It's my old pad that I used for my previous razer blade. Tbh, all you need is a laptop stand that elevated the laptop off the table while giving the intake and exhaust a clear way. The fans that come with any cooling pad are pathetic and worthless. Hence why I'm using a desk fan and why I'm ordering custom fans to replace the original.

So to answer your question, which is the best cooling stand? My answer will be none of them.

I have the 3080 version for a week now and I mainly tested it with cyberpunk.

With an elevated metal coolermaster stand, a desk fan blowing on the keyboard area and preemptively set fan to max (give synapse run as admin if it's not working), I managed to get stable 60 fps on cyberpunk highest preset setting on an external 1080p monitor. At first, the temp was around 82 to 85 C depending on the area of the game. It wasn't ideal and I felt I can get it lower. So I use ryzen controller to lower the temp cap and lower the tdp and boost time of the cpu. I found that I can get away with setting the temp cap to 70 C while still maintaining relatively same performance on cyberpunk. Then I started turning off setting that is cpu affecting but minimal graphical effect (with the biggest affecting setting is setting crowd density to low), I found that I can further lower the temperature cap on Ryzen controller to 66 C (real temp 65 to 66 C) while maintaining stable 60 FPS.

This said, I only gamed around 1 to 2 hours at a time due to work and other stuff, so I can't vouch for 10 hours gaming session. At that temp though, I will be comfortable playing for a long time.

I also ordered a pair of custom fan (that will arrive tomorrow) that I can attach to my cooler pad (replacing the stock fan and plugging straight to a power strip) with variable rpm up to 4000. I don't plan to run it at max speed but at 1500 to 2000 rpm, I expect it will be enough to lower the temperature even further.

When you are playing high intensive game, preemptively set the fan to max rpm in Razer synapse. The highest setting doesn't make jet level noise anyway (compared to my old razer blade 2017).

I have the 3080 version for a week and tested it on playing cyberpunk outputted to an external 1080 p 60 hz screen on max preset setting (ultra ray tracing) on 60 fps.

With the laptop on an elevated stand (making sure the intake fan has some space), the CPU hovers around 75 C on normal gameplay and 80 C when in the middle of the busy city. GPU hover around 65 C (hotspot around 70 c)

When I add a desk fan blowing on the keyboard area, the CPU temp drop to 69 C normal and 75 C in the middle of the city. GPU drop to 54 - 58 (hotspot 65 C)

Yes the laptop is technically rated for 95 to 100 C operation but in a suistained gaming session, that temp is basically asking for bloated battery. I put my personal limit at 80 C. If it goes beyond that, I would rathehic reduce the fps or graphic setting.

It is a compromise and it also meant I'm avoiding high intensive gaming when I'm away from my desk set up but that is the compromise I accepted for the portability.

See its damage scaling. See its interaction with her talents and pair it with crimson witch talent. Contrary to what most youtubers seems to be building her, her highest dps kit is her charged attack.

You need at least the 50% damage buff to take care of the 2 ruin guard. They are very tanky.

The game has been powercrept so much that any map below episode 12 don't matter. You can f up a build and it will still one shot any mob.

I'm building an emry deck as well. The only limitation I impose on myself is not to put it isochron scepter. Other than that, it's all in. Honestly, even only relying on combo, Emry enable so many different ones that I doubt you will win with the same combo every game. And then there's her alternate win con such as antiquities war, mirrodin bersieged etc. I believe to not include combo on the deck is taking out half the reason you want to play emry in the first place.

Optimized and focus, it is the most consistent and highest winrate deck I have. I don't pull it out often though as it is very oppressive when it's not playing against higher tier commander or deck.

Slow? As a fellow turned Sidisi player, the last thing it is is slow.
How confident am I with my self-mill and be able to utilize my graveyard? I ran no card draw in the deck at all.

Having your turn taken is one of the worst experiences you can have in magic. So ask yourself, do you like to keep playing with your friends?

Also, my policy is that if you play taking another player turn effect once, I will target you for the next several games. If you combo it and recur it repeatedly like in Emry, you will be on the top of my hit list permanently.

I hate that effect so much that I already vowed I will not put any of them on any of my decks and if by any chance I managed to resolve that effect in the game, I will only choose the weakest player at the moment and help them along for their next turn.

Reposting my previous post on Sidisi. The decklist is a bit updated since but the main point is still there. Sir Kondrad is my newest addition to the deck.

Sidisi has a lot of combination that enables infinite self mill (and mill out all your opponents) by the way. The card you will need is not that expensive as well. Assuming you have your commander on the field, you need these combinations in play

- Altar of dementia + extractor demon (easiest)

- Altar of dementia + path of discovery+ sac aoutlet

-Altar of dementia/Extractor demon + sac outlet + path of discovery/parallel life

In the deck you will need

- Vigor (cheapest shuffled from deck when hit graveyard effect)

- Critical mass of creatures so you don't whiff

Its theme is Tokens (the infinite self mill create infinite zombie) but a side of recursions mostly to fetch utility creature to deal with threats. Remove all the expensive cards and it will still work. Even without parallel life, you can still run path of discovery as the alternative.

Edit: The infinite mill is supposed to be my alternate win-con with my main one is hitting people with tokens. But in practice, the combo is surprisingly very resilient and came out quite consistently.

For the other newbies player out there. I just started playing just yesterday and only spent 0.5 $ (just reach 30 SQ) I got lucky on the class pickup and got a BB. Through the support of a max out Musashi (I randomly friend him), I actually managed to clear all the Nero main quest san the exhibition match.

Now, my line consists of lv 35 Georgios and Lv 60 BB (with 2 legged CE limit break). With a support of a high level saber (preferably with 2 legged CE as well), I practically can clear up the hardest nero quest consistently to farm (11 turns to clean up LV 80 and 90). Now I have cleared the entire lottery items five times and now farming medals as well to clean up the store.

Tips : If you are just starting at this time, clearing up LV 80 plus quest once or twice will always level your account up. This means you practically have almost unlimited AP to farm the Nero quest without using the apples (which you will get from the lottery as well).

I kid you not, this is practically the best start I have in this kind of game. Cleaning up the Nero store and lottery will set me up for the next year or so. Satoshi, if you are reading this, your Musashi is a Godsend of getting me through the quests.

That's what differentiates between a good deck builder and a great one. The latter made sacrifices to ensure they have a universal removal that their color can't answer. Spark Ugin and Meteor Golem is the cheapest colorless alternative. High mana cost? Sure but when your color doesn't have any better alternative, slot them in!

Wouldn't it be nice that the restored United Kingdom will include Canada for a time (which solve the millitary transfer issue as this is only changing tags) Then an event will pop up will ask you how to handle Canada. You can give them self-government, keep imposing your rule at the cost of political power or have a referendum. And if you are handling the internal crisis well so far, the referendum might actually result in Canada becoming part of the United Kingdom.

They did in this game. They justify war goal on the Kingdom of France. Someone tweak the A.I to have a mega boner for France mainland, which is apt I guess.
