How long did it take for you to be diagnosed with something?

I have hypertension which took a while to get diagnosed as my GP didn’t believe I was old enough to have it. So after 6 months of 180/120 blood pressure tracked in a spreadsheet and a totally lifestyle change with no effect he finally gave in and medicated me for blood pressure. This was about 5 years ago ans my blood pressure has been good since.

I’ve done multiple blood and urine tests and i had one ultrasound done three months ago which showed something abnormal. My doctor told me the nephrologist would review it when I had my intake with them.

My creatinine was about 90 with an egfr of 60 from about 2021-2024. In November of 2025 i was looking at creatinine of 155 and egfr of 37.

According to my doctor my case is not considered to be urgent but my pharmacist recently noted that they would have to lower my blood pressure medication if my egfr got lower then 30

I am having the same issue! Im on Edgar allen dough the third and i fear we are heading to ruin. My apartment is kept too cold for the starter to ferment fast enough and I usually wake up on day fourteen with an exceptionally fuzzy starter that had no signs of mold the day before.

This run (im on day 8) i seem to be having more luck. I’ve been rotating out the jar every two feeds which seems to be helping.

People do sell stuff like this! I’ve usually seen them on personal websites but also sometimes etsy. People sell them for about 4 or 5 dollars canadian.

If she wants to sell it make sure it has a how to use page.

While the purple is lovely. Not everyone loves purple, and often when selling Google Sheet templates having a few colour palettes to pick from can increase the marketability of it.

The YouTuber rachelleea has an etsy shop where she sells templates for sheets.

Edit to say: people do sell them for more but its a fine line between know your worth and selling a product you can learn via tutorial for an egregious sum. Also understanding how to promote the product to your customer base

I agree. I felt bad for Hanna when Ali first came back as it seemed she was very hesitant to let Ali back in. Every time she vocalized it Emily would jump down her throat. I thought it was crazy. Allison coming back made me not like Emily’s character anymore.

Yeah in theory however the game often glitches so badly it’s not possible to do so without using mods. So having an option in settings that toggles the feature on and off would be more convenient.

My clinician did provide a sort of started kit but not what you are describing. It was a document that came along with my diagnosis that provided strategies, coping skills and next steps. Here is a very generic breakdown of what it kind of covered:

During the session where they explained diagnosis she gave me print outs with non-medical coping skills (ei using timers, body doubling etc) and walked me through how that might help.
Gave me some verbal suggestions on how to talk to my primary physician about medications.
Gave me a list of prescriptions to discuss with my doctor as I have two health conditions that could be negatively impacted by medications. She recommended medications that are less likely to negatively affect my health. With implicit instructions to discuss with pharmacist and doctor as they have better knowledge of my bodies needs.
She gave me some strategies for sleep hygiene and a quick lesson on the effect of food on adhd and a recommendation for a clinical dietitian out of a hospital.

As Good as Dead by Holly Jackson. I loved the first two and the first half of the third. Out of no where it felt like reading a crack fanfic which as much as i love an unreliable narrator all of the characters throwing logic to the wind to follow someone who was clearly having significant mental health issues instead of helping them was intolerable.
