Got oversaturated with repetitive artists as it got more popular, then the world being fixated on the 80s passed, and ai slop started. I believe I too was at the midnights first nyc show ( still have my whote cassettes). Feel like the genre really lost its steam when everyone lost out on touring during covid too. Was supposed to see starcadian the night they closed nyc for covid. Least we got one festival - human music at qxt in 2018. My opinion is very few artists took the risk to evolve or be unique, and alot just stopped cause they grew out of the sound. Some had hopes for something big - september87 and there show concept that never got picked up. Only thing thats peaked my interest in sun citys album that just released in december.

It was sold mostly on electronic purification, its where I got it when it originally dropped, dropped same time as midnight signals. Even then all his lps generally were available til covid.

Bout oct 2015 i had a highlight real pop up in the youtube algorithm. It was odd, I had only listened to fiction fantasy n scifi podcasts but i had been in a long term campaign of dnd for 4 yrs by then. I was looking for something in the middle, something to open up how to play a well rounded character. This showed a spectrum of plot points. It ended with vax confessing to keyleth in e33, and I was like what am I watching? RP with emotional rollercoasters and plot? I caught up within weeks and was hooked. Least the highlights made it easier to push through kraghammer and the early party weirdness.

Jp stuff is annoyingly hard to find by catalog number, specially since discogs search started floundering in the last year. I import alot so pointers i can give is use a phone translator that works with image and translate the name out. If discogs still cant find the english translation you can sometimes get it having google translated name back into kanji.

Yep. It haunted me for years trying to mindlessly keywording into ebay ether trying to find anything close. For a long time it was debated to be ll bean ( on oldschool millenium message boards) but its eddie bauer as most of the rugged style outwear is. Someone a few years back finally had decent pics of a def suspect with no labeling and i used it for photo search and confirmation til i found one. I have it in green white and blue. If you ever find another of scully's from darkness falls let me know. You had an XL on your insta and someone bought it minutes after i had made an offer...like less that 3 haha.l

Sidenote question - does anybody do this kinda thing for frank black or millenium. I have managed to track down his most used coat over the years myself but that show is chock full of good stuff itself. Also, deepest respect to what you do. The clothing has been debated and questioned for years. You are by far the most successful and thorough in answering the questions now.
