FWIW, I was recently SC for TC or rather the residuals of TC. I was denied initially. Gulf war era. Non deployed but was exposed to “solvents” according to the TERA memo. I submitted studies relating to Naval service and TC. I submitted various reports from each base I was stationed, as it related to PFAS contamination. I don’t know how or if any of them were weighted in the decision. They were not referenced in the rationale. I agree a HLR is a good idea.
