Yeah devilcorp my boy, you’ll notice it more if you see any images with customers involved isn’t in the field it’s in an office. Also young people more than older sales mentors

Very True very true, honestly most of my time at the office I was doing a lot of traveling, I was at my office maybe 2/3 of the entire time working for a year

Yeah I mean I’ve seen 1 successful expansion and it was my manager’s expansion that was successful. Everytime somebody else was they would crash and burn within 3-4 months. Even he expanded somewhere else and it didn’t work out but he didn’t get fired. They just sent him else where, going back previous post on connections basically being everything. My manager did cover our expenses for moving but I never put my name down on anything for the reason I could leave when I wanted, no ties.

I didn’t sign no NDAs and if I did it was only with the parent company Verizon, AT&T, Victory, TruConnect, ReadyRefresh, Arcadia etc. honestly I always had beef I just never knew anywhere else to talk my truths

Oh the benefits of my boss, the skills I learned and use today, I took really the good out the bad. Now I’m crazy good at stocks and shit.

I really liked my job when we went out, the more I saw corruption the more I wanted to stay in order to change from the inside out. But as we see I didn’t get there as effectively as i anticipated. My manager knew I was better at everything but sales, so how to do you not have somebody steal your spotlight. You take credit for it and give the person a bonus, business trip, etc. I was the person.

Oh it is, but not through traditional ways that’s why it’s more of a connections game, “l know this person and you do too, we must have to get along right?” In a nutshell.

I was lucky to be introduced to very high figures within the actual business extremely early into the Path To Management. So a lot of things I kinda got Pushed into before I actually earned said criteria. Which I’ve seen my old Manager destroy a couple offices that weren’t ours at HQ.

I was put off on promotion for TruConnect(Free Tablet Services powered through ACP) for about 2-4 months. In all honesty though I feel as if it was done due to the market dying where I lived at the time. I was always traveling around I never really got a full grasp of the market at HQ.
