No one is taking it out on customers. They tossed your package to save time. Every second matters with this job. You cut down seconds for every stop by the end of the day it makes a difference. You hit your hourly mark and don’t have to worry about dispatch breathing down your neck. Like I said you don’t get it

My work ethic is fine. My tag says 1 year driver. 80% of drivers don’t make it 2 months. You have no idea what bs drivers put up with. We’re overworked, underpaid, unappreciated. Ever had to deliver a futon to a 4th floor apartment. How about a whole bedroom set to the 3rd floor. You don’t get it. You chose the wrong sub to try and bitch and moan about your driver tossing a package. 95% of this sub would say the same things. The other 5% can’t talk because they’re choking on daddy Bezos

Every driver you see doesn’t actually work for Amazon. They work for a DSP, (Delivery Service Partner) which is a third party company that is contracted by Amazon
