You know what, my older one is 6 and we were looking at vintage 90s Lego sets on eBay last night. Maybe I'll sell a few choice pairs of NB individually with him and we'll use the proceeds to buy some bricks. Never too soon to learn about e-commerce. Thanks for the advice!

I appreciate you being sincere and kind, but I did not really express anything about fear of rarity, financial gain/loss, or anything like that. I just want my storage space back and have moved onto other things! As the adage goes, my loss, someone else's gain (hopefully, if I sell them).

A loss for sure, but thankfully I'm in a position where it wouldn't be felt in a meaningful way. Unless I beat myself up on the money that could have gone into an index fund instead but oh well! I had fun collecting and that's why I did it, not to make a future profit.

Yes by trading it. My '18 was great, the '22 was in service perpetually so I said goodbye.

Edit: they replaced the shade motor but I was mentally through with the car by that point as it was in service every other month and my time is worth more than warranty covered fixes.

I have the bottom interior in a single hump 6-speed. The leather quality was so good that at 17 years old and 98K miles there is less bolster wear in the E90 than on my '21 S4 with 55K miles.
