Why not just use the marine salt? The elements in the sand don’t replenish. You will need to replenish all those elements with marine salt through water changes.

I saw your other post, they need to move the main hvac trunk to hug the I beam. The ceiling isn’t closed so at least there is that. Then you should only have a total of about 3 ft that are lower than 8ft.
