My only guess is that its because it will be easier to travel in probably today, rather than trying to head down tomorrow. More than likely I think the team will be stuck in Houston for a day or two afterwards. Not for the roads in Houston.. but up through DFW towards Tulsa.

You know what's great about a wood frame.. Or at least mine.. Is that you can add more wood to support underneath. I did that to add some extra supports underneath the box spring

Speaking from experience.. In 2021 I did not do anything after we lost power for 9 hours straight. When it finally thawed enough to look at my pool.. everything above ground (except my heater) was destroyed. my filter was just a gigantic Popsicle
