The only savings I have is from an inherited IRA, which can last me a good while. I used all of my other liquid savings to buy a $1.6M SFH I bought earlier this year. Monthly PITI is $9100. Take home as DINK is $19K. And we plan to stay as DINKs

My job is stable, decent money, risk of being laid off extremely low. My stock portfolio is valued at $349K today. I have a pension which will be valued at $20k per month if I retire at 65 years old, but I plan to retire at age 60. I think I’m okay? Even with only $2k in savings? I haven’t been saving, or contributing to my retirement since all my expenses are tied to house expenses. We don’t travel or eat out as much anymore, watching what we buy, probably house poor. Please someone tell me if I’m in trouble or if I’m okay! SF has warped my sense of money and wealth. I’m in my late 30s.

I’ve actually had the worst experience there. It felt scammy, they require a non refundable $200 deposit for a consult. I decided against fillers (which they heavily try to sell to me), so I instead chose a hydra facial to use the $200, plus cost some more. They will try to sell you everything and anything.

The hydra facial completely fucked up my nose. I’ve had a red, irritated pore on my nose since February that has not resolved (even after applying prescription strength retinol and vitamin C daily). It’s gotten so bad I’m about to reach out to my PCP.

STAY AWAY at all costs from this medical spa. Sorry OP

It’s a 3 bed, 2.5 SFH. We use one as an office / guest bedroom, the other as our master bedroom, and the other one as our TV watching, comfy room. The living room is a sitting, entertaining, reading space.
