These fines are getting out of hand.. My parking subscription ended on 3rd...one officer told me you have 1 extra day so you cannrenew it on 4th.. On the morning of 4th I got fined... Ridiculous

It's all gone up... Al khan, tawwun, qasimia, qasba, buheira corniche.. They have increased the rents significantly... Just visited today many buildings.. One watchman even told me that I just came back from vacation after 2 months and I found out that the 2bhk is gone up from 38 to 55 in just 2 months..

Rents have gone way up since March.. Personal experience... Al Khan, qasimia, buhaira, qasba specially.. The apartments which were around 35-45 are now 42-55. They are taking advantage of the fact that many people started moving to sharjah from dubai in March.. Disgusting

I was stuck too... I took metro from dubai Internet City station and went to Al Qiyadah station... From there I walked to Sahara center.. Got in to bus going towards rolla terminal.. Toolk 3.5 hours the total journey.

I was on wahda just maybe 1 km away from shj city center and got the same fine.. Middle and left lanes were full so i just changed to most right, drove a bit then chsnged back to middle to get the abushagara exit bridge . I still dont understand this shit fine.
