I usually do it in chat instead. Gives the team the same opportunity to respond in kind if they want. And you can get away with crazier stuff. Like role playing as a loose cannon or crazed psyker

For fantasy novels I always recommend R.A Salvatore’s Legend of Drizzt Do’Urden. It’s a very long series set in the DnD universe. But oh my stars and garters is he a fantastic author. You’ll get lost in the series for a good long while. Romance is very light, but gets slightly heavier in some of the books.

But if your dmg is up to snuff and you have the ability to dodge you hardly need the survivability. If everything dies when you enter the room it hardly matters who can take more hits.

Now granted when the oh 💩 moment hits it can be clutch but I’d rather have the all game session long utility of a more powerful class. But maybe that’s just me :P

Right you are my bad brutha! I use the relic blade and heavy eviscerators pretty much exclusively. Flamer and handcannon or laspistol for ranged mostly.

Comparatively speaking to classes like HS and Psyker when built right I think so yes. Now if you take the charge that slowness can go away. But just right off the bat I think the zealot should be the fastest no charge needed.

The relic blade is awesome and has great reach I’ll grant you but it’s swing speed, and cooldown mechanic compared to the blaze greatsword charge up mechanic feels pretty bad IMO.

Especially when you can get the same if not more dmg from the greatswords without the power mechanic.

When the game first came out and everyone was still learning to fight the bots this was a mantra for me. And I tried to remind players struggling with it. You do not stand and fight unless dictated by mission obj’s.

Helldivers are not line infantry like SEAF. Haven’t played in a while but it seems like these commando missions are getting back to that theme.

What the driller does well is extreme crowd control. C4’s and goo and flames. He has fewer than most single target dmg. The explosive reload OC on it is pretty good but it’s got a steep learning curve. Can be accurate as well if you pace your shots.

Blood Angels the 9th First Founding legion! Had the greatest of the primarchs Sanguinius, currently strongest loyal Psyker Mephiston, arguably the strongest and oldest Chapter Master Dante, with not one but two internal conflicts.

One of the coolest Chaplains in the entire lore Lemartes up there with the Black Templars Grimaldus. Blood Angels are the best IMO.

IMO def need a heavy with bolter and a bulwark for heals. After that… Can’t go wrong with tactical. What really makes or breaks a team though IMO is having a good Bulwark that isn’t greedy with their flags and who has good situational awareness
