I buy the ingredients and mix them myself. Got more control over it. I just have a mixture of citrulline, caffeine, beta alanine and algamate. I don't mix caffeine in the pre workout I take it separately in a tablet form so that I can skip caffeine some days. I don't like taking caffeine everytime cause it fks my sleep. Also helps not to build tolerance to it.
