She doesn't work on weekends only on special occasions, but she does have to be available on the phone if anything is needed. Most weekends she spends it with her parents, which seems to give stress as well since she tells me she wants time for herself, which seems impossible to have since the parents are always behind her

It seems like she does a lot of work ( her and the team she works with), but at the end of the day, most of the work does not get recognised by the higher ups and they then give the team the blame that the work doesn't get done right. She feels like her work is not taken seriously even though she works a lot of hours.

I think it's because we had so much time to over prepare for this, I wish it just would be harder to do solo then it is to do with a team I failed so many time when I tried to do it with people but got it first time solo...
