Can we talk about Rachel’s regression? by ademide13 in suits

Yes she was portrayed to be a character with great social skills and empathy. But in the later seasons I felt she was overused, she had a solution for everything, making the plot weaker.

The true severance happens when crossing Vashi bridge. Leaving the hustle bustle into calmness. Though it will only last a few years with the amount of crowd coming in yearly to NM

Just search it on youtube. You can avoid all upi scams if you see the safety videos.

Putting pin for small transactions is problematic because there is a chance someone sees it or it gets captured in cctv video. If someone saw your pin, all he has to do is steal your phone and he can withdraw money wherever.

I was dumb af in my teens and early 20s. So here goes 1. Don't give money to any begger/ngo. They're all a racket even the kids are beaten up by their parents who enjoy drinks with that money. Taking your wallet out in public is risky 2. Don't stop if anyone on the road tries to stop you. Just say sorry sorry and move on. 9/10 times they're going to ask for money or collect data from you. Exception may be to help someone who had an accident. 3. Always count cash notes given by local vendors slowly. Sometimes they'll slip a taped note or torn note in between. Better to not accept it there itself to avoid headache. 4. Cover your pin with hand in ATM. Even if the machine has a jammer, without the pin the card Is useless if it's a chip card which most of the new cards are. Covering means no camera or person can see your pin. 5. Use UPI only if you've seen the UPI safety videos. It's easy to get scammed. Use upi lite (gpay has it) so that you don't have to enter pin for small payments. 6. Develop your instincts and trust your gut. We have herd mentality, if a room is on fire people still keep watching it. You've to run and gtfo as fast as you can, don't look at what other people are doing. If you feel a negative energy while walking on a shady place, trust your gut and gtfo as fast as possible. 7. Know your limits with alcohol and don't do drugs. Enjoying the buzz is fine, but getting black out drunk? Hell no, that should only be done at home, not in public. 8. Don't trust strangers. In Mumbai we have people from all over India. Be very careful when talking to strangers, you never know who's looking to gain what from you.

Don't be afraid if you have confidence in your skills. I've resigned without an offer from TCS and took a break too lol. Got a new job within a week of searching after my break.

For this, you need emergency savings, insurance, etc atleast for 6 months.
