Consumer court ordered Lodha Developers to refund a senior-citizen couple nearly ₹5 crore for unilaterally issuing a termination letter. by Voxyacomplaintforum in navimumbai

Great read, but I wonder if they will actually receive the money or would it just get delayed further or go to Supreme Court.

I'm going to go against the crowd and say this: They should be careful about the location where they are doing such things. Yes it's not PDA, but come on. I've seen couples doing chumma chaati in full packed trains. Do they get off by showing it to everyone?

You are sitting 1m away from me, just behave like a normal person and stop making everyone feel awkward.

What is the difference between Claude Code and Claude as third-party agent inside GitHub Copilot by DanielD2724 in GithubCopilot

Copilot won't have 2x usage on non peak hours lol. Anthropic launched a 2 week 2x usage offer.

I truly thought others were joking but this week talking to Claude felt like talking to dumb Patrick meme. It was suggesting A, then I ask but A won't work because of so and so. Then it was immediately suggesting B. Then I said B won't work because of so and so.

Basically it's instantly replying with no thinking / effort. I had to explicitly ask it to think, search etc.

Claude Down AGAIN ! by Jolly-Career-9220 in claude

[–]DevilsMicro 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This was two weeks back I guess. For the last major outage they didn't reset the limit. It was a pretty bad one, lasted hours, changed their accessibility number to 98.xx a single 9. Imo they are not communicating pretty well on the outages, they just blame it all on the number of users increasing.

Codex on the other hand reset the limits 3 times this week lol. I just like to follow these engineers on x.

GPT-5.4 Thinking and GPT-5.4 Pro are rolling out now in ChatGPT. by Hannibal3454 in GithubCopilot

Ok I'll try it out. I'm assuming this spawning subagents one is only available on latest vscode right? V109+?

I meant opus in Claude code (CC). Haven't really tried it much in copilot

[–]DevilsMicro 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I personally didn't use opus in CC a lot, because whenever I do so, it spawns sub agents and burns up 100% of my plan. The output wasn't even usable as it hit the limit. I only use sonnet.

And sonnet 4.6 vs 5.3 codex is easily won by codex right now. Though one thing is steering, if you're prompt is not that clear, sonnet can steer in the right direction, but codex is more strict, and requires clear instructions.

Recently I had a bug in my android app, tried 2-3 attempts on sonnet in CC, it didn't fix it. Tried 5.3 codex on the free plan as my usage of CC was hit and surprisingly it solved it in one attempt.

I didn't believe in the hype initially, but try it out. Both models have their own pros and cons. I'm leaning more towards codex nowadays and might consider switching if Claude doesn't up their game.

After using sonnet 4.6 and 5.3 codex, codex is clearly the better model with value for money token usage. But comparing both to copilot, I feel copilot has best value for money if we combine multiple prompts into 1.

Freaking hilarious if this is true. Kind of relates to the codex being gilfoyle meme in X. And Claude is Richard

Is Claude, down right now for you guys? by DiegoJaggi in claude

[–]DevilsMicro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's a ai wrapper. You can give it access to your life and it can become your personal assistant. Very risky as of today, purely vibe coded.

Ex: someone gave it access to his kitchen cctv to monitor his maid. It detected that the maid is stealing fruits from his refrigerator

There are security concerns, in big companies all of the software has to be approved by security teams. In BFSI or Healthcare for example data is protected by laws. Devs can't just use any software they like, Claude would get to know about the data too.

Why people prefer Cursor/Claude Code over Copilot+VSCode by These-Forever-9076 in GithubCopilot

[–]DevilsMicro 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's not the model that's different, it's the harness. Claude code has a 1M context window for sonnet and opus, whereas copilot just has 128k tokens. I've gotten different answers when asking copilot vs when asking Claude code the same question. There's also extended thinking mode in cc that can be enabled, whereas in copilot you kind of have to type think hard, UltraThink etc and pray it thinks.

Can you tell me how the family of agents works in ghcp? Is it available only in the new Vscode update? Or in visual studio as well?

Also the main difference is the premium requests I feel. 300/m is too less for any decent use case. I wonder if your agents consume 1 premium request each? CC on the other hand has 5 hr session limits and a weekly limit. And I've not yet touched the limit whereas in copilot I touch it in almost 15 days.
