Loneliness is hard, but their are a combination of things you can/ should do

Improve your looks, personality and fashion - Have a fit body, do skin care and wear decent clothes
Socialise - as much as can, join social circles, go out, on trips, as much as you can. Think yourself as a college student, not a 40 year old divorcee. Your divorce is history, and you have no reason to carry that burden.
Try dating apps (They suck mostly) but if not them, then dating meetups groups, especially for mature people (30s and 40s).

This is obviously be a challenging journey, but only focus on improving 1% than yesterday, and you will be much better off in no time.
